Throughout the duration of the term, in the event of lesson cancellations, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

For the cancellation of a single lesson, we respectfully ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This timeframe affords us the opportunity to efficiently manage scheduling and, if possible, arrange a makeup lesson at a mutually convenient time.

( Only 2 make up lessons per term will be possible).

We encourage notification as soon as possible to explore options for rescheduling.

It is important to note, however, that while we strive to accommodate makeup lessons, their availability is contingent upon

openings within the schedule, typically preceding or following the student's regular lesson time.The prescribed 48-hour notice period for single lesson cancellations serves the purpose of providing ample time to extend the opportunity for a makeup lesson to other students, who may require time for necessary arrangements to benefit from the offered slot.

For permanent cancellations extending beyond a single lesson, we require a notice period of five weeks. This allows for the necessary administrative adjustments and ensures a smooth transition for all parties involved. A term cancellation will only be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances, such as relocation or physical illness requiring ongoing treatment. In such cases, please provide documentation to support your request for a refund.
